These terms are the agreement between you and PS Agency, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for use of Seventh House. By creating an account you accept them.
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at contact@seventhhouse.app if you think someone else has access.
The information in your profile should be true. That particularly includes your age, your photos, and your birth details — the entire product is built on the last of those, and wrong birth data simply produces a wrong chart.

You can report or block anyone from their profile or from a conversation. We read every report. Where a report is upheld we may warn, suspend or permanently remove an account, and we do not owe a refund when an account is removed for breaking these rules.
Your photos, messages and profile remain yours. You give us permission to host, store and display them for the purpose of running the service — showing your profile to members you might match with, and delivering your messages. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we need to keep something to investigate a report.
Do not upload anything you do not have the right to upload.
A free account can see 5 profiles a day. The allowance resets daily.
Seventh House Plus costs $5.99/month and removes the daily limit, and adds voice notes and photo sharing in conversations. Prices are in US dollars and may exclude tax depending on where you are; the amount shown at checkout is what you pay.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a digital purchase. By subscribing and using Plus straight away, you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose that cancellation right once the service has been fully provided for the period. Outside that, we do not generally give refunds, but if something has gone genuinely wrong, write to contact@seventhhouse.app and we will look at it.
Astrology and Human Design are systems of meaning, not science. Compatibility scores are for entertainment. They are not advice — not psychological, medical, financial or otherwise — and nothing here predicts how a relationship will go. Please use your own judgement about who you meet.
We do not run background checks on members. Take the usual care: meet in public the first time, tell someone where you are going, and do not send money to anyone you have met here.
We will try to keep Seventh House running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely while you have paid time remaining, we will refund the unused portion.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop operating the service.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We are not responsible for the conduct of other members, whether online or in person.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Seventh House after that means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the law of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protections of the law where you live.
